2 Centres of Excellence for cloud migration and modernisation

With the increasing number of cloud migration projects and the growing complexity of technological integration projects, it is important to specialize, while maintaining an agnostic perspective. Tidjani Belmansour

Renowned cloud architect, Tidjani joined Cofomo in 2014. As passionate expert in developing solutions that combine elegance and performance, he firmly believes that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Tidjani received his Microsoft Azure certification in 2013 and earned multiple recognized certifications such as DevOps Engineer Expert and Azure Developer Associate.

He received the prestigious MVP Azure (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional) recognition for his remarkable contributions in the field and his commitment to sharing expertise with the community – one of very few in Canada. As MVP, Tidjani has privileged access to Microsoft engineering and product development teams, which enables him to resolve complex problems, help businesses thrive and refine their digital acceleration strategy.

Blogger, author and guest speaker at prestigious international events such as Microsoft Ignite and Confoo, Tidjani continues to share his passion and expertise around the world.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

André Girard

André Girard,

Director

André joined Cofomo in 2014. He is a recognized cloud architect and is passionate about DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Certified AWS Solution Architect Associate since 2023, he distinguishes himself in automated infrastructure development and management. His IaC specialization has enabled him to support several large businesses and public organizations in Cloud adoption, deploying host zones and workloads with tools such as ARM, Bicep and Terraform.

He received the Captivating speaker, blogger, popularizer and respected trainer, André also excels in governance, FinOps and AWS operational efficiency. Under his direction, Cofomo achieved AWS Migration competency, confirming its commitment to cloud migration excellence.

Passionate by the cloud, André is also a seasoned pilot. He enjoys applying the principles of flying to his work methods. In collaboration with Tidjani Belmansour, director of the Microsoft Azure Centre of Excellence, André developed the “Flight Plan,” an approach that optimizes cloud adoption while minimizing risks.

Artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a crucial lever for ensuring the growth of organizations. However, its operational integration poses major challenges. The aim of our AI Centre of Excellence is to promote ethical and secure integration of artificial intelligence within businesses, as well as to strengthen our internal AI skills, define and maintain our service offers, and guide our clients in the adoption of AI through robust policies and principles.

We offer generative AI services through predefined, market-recognized models, such as those proposed by our partners, Microsoft and Amazon. They enable autonomous content creation like AI Adoption Strategy, Governance and Ethics, Intelligent Customer Assistant and AI security.

Ali Amine

As an elected member of the National and International IEC-ISO/ committee on Artificial Intelligence within the Standards Council of Canada, Ali Amine is actively involved in developing standards for the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence nationally and globally. His immense interest in AI led him to enhance his skills and, in under two years, he earned more than three certifications, two challenges and around twenty badges in AI. He is a valuable asset to our clients and his colleagues.

Ali Amine has been fascinated by artificial intelligence since it first began. He is a cloud architect and computer engineer. He also owns a master’s degree in computer systems security, and several recognized certifications such as Copilot for Microsoft 365 (Technical Champion) and Azure AI Engineer Associate.

Ali Amine’s mission is to advise our clients on AI orientations and contribute to the implementation of principles and policies to optimize the success of their initiatives.

Microsoft 365

In 2022, faced with the increasing demand to improve business productivity and team collaboration in a context of remote work, cost optimization and data security, Cofomo established a Centre of Excellence dedicated to Microsoft 365 and designed to meet the complex challenges that organizations face when integrating collaboration tools and managing internal processes. This centre has the support of certified experts who provide our teams with solid strategic and operational support, maximizing the benefits of Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients.

A passionate digital transformation expert, Charles is driven by innovation and operational efficiency. Owner of several Microsoft 365 certifications including some in artificial intelligence, he has also worked as a certified Microsoft instructor for many years. His extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics and Power Platform ecosystems enables Charles to precisely address our clients’ specific needs.

With the support of an experienced team, Charles plays a key strategic role at Cofomo, promoting the adoption and optimization of Microsoft tools to transform organizations. His commitment goes beyond improving the skills of internal teams and includes active participation in the delivery of strategic projects for clients. He is also involved in various initiatives promoting the innovation and adoption of new technologies.

Dynamics/Power Platform

In response to evolving operational efficiency and performance requirements as well as the increasing demand for “Low-Code/No-Code” tools on the market, this Centre of Excellence is exclusively dedicated to the integration of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. With the support of certified and recognized experts, this team ensures perfect mastery of the Dynamics and Power Platform tools, enabling us to provide first-rate strategic and operational support to our clients.

François Landriau

François Landriau

Director

With more than 20 years of experience, François Landriau is recognized in the fields of organizational development and change management for implementing technological solutions. He has a Master of Organizational Analysis and Development from École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP), and also holds Agile and Lean Management certifications. François excels in developing communication, consultation and training strategies that result in seamless and successful organizational transitions and transformations.

During his career, François has led major change management projects for municipalities, including Ville de Québec and Ville de Montréal. Named political advisor for the Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor in 2019, he was responsible for the digital transformation and organizational performance for the government, public markets and Quebec infrastructure plan.

Lean-Agile/DevSecOps

Faced with increasingly more complex technological projects and quick adaptation needs, organizations must maximize the efficiency and success rate of their initiatives. Our Lean-Agile/DevSecOps Centre of Excellence is dedicated to promoting the Lean-Agile methodology, which improves team productivity and adaptability, for better resource optimization and faster deliveries.

This team actively supports our consultants in acquiring advanced skills and new Lean-Agile certifications, while empowering them in applying these methods. Our objective is to optimize the efficiency of our clients’ projects and continuously improve results and customer satisfaction. 

Mohamed Meddeb

Mohamed Meddeb is an expert who firmly believes in agility and continuous improvement. As a Lean-Agile coach, inspiring speaker and committed trainer, he stands out for his unique perspective on organizational and cultural transformations. His vitality and extensive expertise in agility make him a key actor in coaching and training Cofomo consultants.

Mohammed also actively contributes to the Agile community as a board member of Agile Québec, where he is responsible for the practice and programming communities of Agile Tour de Québec.

With several recognized certifications, including Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant (SPC) and Black Belt Lean Six Sigma, Mohamed trains managers, change agents, consultants and teams to help them successfully achieve their Lean-Agile transformation throughout the organization. His objective: Support people through organizational and technological transformations.
